The flat, at the quiet back of the building, has direct access onto a large communal gardens. The good-sized living/dining room has two sofas, other nice furniture and a flat-screen Digital TV and a table to seat six. The adjacent kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob (stove top), and clothes washer (no dryer). One bedroom has a standard double bed, good storage and an en suite bathroom with a shower stall. Upstairs, one bedroom has a standard double bed and good storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and storage. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub with shower over tub. This is a very attractive, comfortable flat which is well-located for the shops, restaurants and amenities of the neighborhood.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
