This pretty ground floor flat is on an attractive residential road near the amenities of Ledbury Road and Westbourne Grove. The flat has recently been refurbished and decorated in contemporary style. The sitting room has wood floors, original wood shutters, a decorative fireplace, a sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV and bookshelves. The kitchen, is off the sitting room, and has wood cupboards and granite counter tops, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and hob. The bedroom, at the back of the building, has a king bed, good storage, a flat screen TV and French doors onto a small patio. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
