This is a very attractive flat on the lower ground floor of a substantial period building. The well-decorated sitting room has a sofa, armchairs and French doors that open onto the secluded patio which has table and chairs. The very good kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and small dining table to seat 2. The good-sized bedroom has a standard double bed with good closet space. The bathroom has a tub with a hand-held shower. This is a very nice flat excellently located for the many shops, restaurants and amenities of South Kensington and the Fulham Road.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
