This is
a spacious 3-story family home that is part of a recent development
of exclusive terraced houses. The ground floor kitchen has a hob,
oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and banquet seating
for 8. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The formal dining room
seats 6-8. One smallish bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower
room. There is a guest loo on this main level. Stairs lead up to the
large sitting room which has traditional decor: comfortable seating,
a gas fireplace, bookshelves, antiques, TV. Double doors lead to the
terrace which has outdoor furniture. Up another level, the master
bedroom has a queen bed, good storage and en suite bathroom with a
tub and shower stall. Two other bedrooms have a standard double bed
and good storage. They share a bathroom that has a tub with a
hand-held shower. THIS IS A STRICT NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
The
price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the
property,
TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a
Greeter
who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on
departure. A security deposit
of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card
until after departure.
