This spacious, comfortable flat is located on the ground floor.  The entrace hall has a marble floor and a mirrored wall.  The hallway leads to the spacious sitting/dining room that has gentle color tones, comfortable furniture, nice art, a gas fireplace.  The dining area, seating 4, is in front of the large bay windows.  Double doors open to the communal gardens.

The compact kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a washer/dryer.  The floor, counter top and back splash are marble. The large bedroom has a queen bed, nice fabrics, excellent storage and a window seat in the bay window.   The marble en suite bathroom has a tub with a hook up shower.  Adjacent to the bedroom is a second bathroom - this has a large shower cubicle.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
