Enter on the raised ground floor level.  To the left is a nice sitting room with a small, comfortable sofa and three easy chairs facing a decorative fireplace.  At the back of the room, French doors open to an iron spiral staircase that goes down to the pretty, enclosed garden.

Down a level, the bright and spacious dining room seats 6-8.  The well-designed, modern L-shaped kitchen has granite counter tops, a large refrigerator/freezer,  hob, oven, dishwasher and a microwave.  A window looks out to the garden.  The laundry room, with a washer and dryer, is on the adjacent half-landing.

The bedrooms are upstairs.  The gold and beige master bedroom has a queen bed and a dressing table flanked by two large built-in wardrobes.  Two large windows face the street.  The en suite bathroom has a deep tub with a hook-up shower, a large closet and a window.  A hallway bathroom, with shower cubicle, is on the landing.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video.  Fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will be at the property on arrival, and see you out on departure, are included in the rental price.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
