These are two new identical town houses located three minutes from the center of Clifden.  They are located right on the Clifden-Galway Road.

The modern design and decor is somewhat minimalist, but soft and very comfortable and everything is of the highest possible standard.  Each townhouse has three stories.  The colors are beige, cream, yellow, white, gray and black.  It's all quite sophisticated and urbane.
 

There are two main-floor sitting rooms.  Each has a fireplace and comfortable, snazzy leather furniture, black and creamy beige.  These rooms are not large, but they are both very comfortable and attractive.  They look to the front of the property, across the road to the green front area of the small local hospital.  It's a nice view of greenery.

The dining room is enormous.  It has seven modern tables that can be joined together to make one long table to accommodate everyone who lives there  - and then some.  Windows look out to the back, a small, tidy grassy area.  Beyond this small lawn there are holiday rental apartments that are part of the next door Station House Hotel.

The modern kitchen is large and streamlined.  It has granite counter tops and the same tile floors that are in the rest of the house.  It has everything one could want and it’s all the highest quality and very high style.
 

There are 7 en suite bedrooms.   Three of the bedrooms have a king bed that can convert to twin beds.  The other bedrooms each have a standard double bed.

The bedrooms, on the middle and top floor, are all similar.  They have Shaker-style beech furniture, soft tan carpets, cream and white fabrics, white walls.  All of  the bedrooms are sedate, but not at all bland.  The bathrooms are black and white, modern and stylish.  All have either a shower cubicle or a tub with shower-over-tub.  All bedrooms have a TV and hairdryer.  Bed linens are Egyptian cotton; towels are the highest quality.

One of the bedrooms has a small kitchen area.

A hotel, next door, has a large shopping arcade with top-of-the-line shops, a few galleries and antique stores and some bistros.  The hotel offers guests of the townhouses a free membership in its leisure center, which has a gym, swimming pool and beauty salon.

As the townhouses are on the main road, there is some traffic noise heard if the windows are open, but not if they are closed.  Children are warmly welcomed here.

These townhouses are accessible to anyone who can manage interior stairs with a sturdy handrail.  There is a guest powder room on the main floor, but no bedroom.
