This attractive building is south of the Liffey River, 150 meters from Trinity College.  A bronze sculpture graces the sidewalk next to the entrance to the building’s clean, well kept lobby. Enter a small entrance hall where you face the double bedroom, which is sort of L-shaped and furnished in a contemporary, colorful style.  There is good storage and a large window overlooking the street.

The nice single bedroom has good colors and stylish furniture.  The views are the same as from the double room.

The living/dining room/kitchen is very attractive.  The style is young, colorful, well-designed.  There is a large bay window that faces the street.  The dining table seats 4.
 

The compact kitchen has a hob, oven,  microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher.  The dishes and kitchenware have been chosen with care.

This building has a swimming pool/gym that is open to the public daily from 7 am until 10 pm.  The cost is about 5 Euro per visit.  The Dart/train station is a few minutes from the flat.  Trinity College’s track is near enough for a daily run.

The price includes a welcome pack, linen change and maid service once a week, TV, video.  Instant phone service is arranged by your calling Eircom from the flat - the bill will be sent to your home address.  Call charges are at normal phone rates.
