The flat, painted a sunny yellow throughout, is bright and welcoming.  While not large, it has been furnished with sophistication and a sensitivity for making it seem larger.  Uncluttered, it is comfortable and very attractive.  The living/dining room has a pretty Victorian-style electric fireplace and sliding glass doors to the south-facing balcony.  The dining table seats 4 comfortably.

The compact kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and  microwave.  Kitchenware and dishes have been chosen with care.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed and a desk.  Neither room is particularly large, but they both are well-furnished and have good storage.  They are both bright and cheerful.  The bathroom has a tub with shower-over-tub.

The price includes a welcome pack, linen change and maid service once a week, cable TV, video, fax, stereo CD/radio.  Instant phone service is arranged by your calling Eircom from the flat - the bill will be sent to your home address.  Call charges are at normal phone rates. Electricity (including electric heating) is charged at cost by meter readings.  A security deposit of E250 is held by credit card until after departure.
