| This
is a very nice modern building just a block or two north of the Liffey
River. Although it’s in the financial district, the area doesn’t
close down at night. There are restaurants and bars and pubs just
a short walk from the building. In daytime, it’s bursting with
shoppers
and business people. The floor-through flat, on the 4th floor, looks on to the street from the living room at the front of the flat, and the bedrooms, at the back, have views of the commons. Its 9 foot ceilings and large windows create a bright and cheery environment even in dull weather. |

Enter a nice wide hallway with tile floors and a console table, chair and the telephone. To the right is the living/dining room. The furniture is contemporary and has great flair. There are two comfortable sofas, an easy chair, nice art and touches. The floor-to-ceiling windows and door open to the south-facing balcony that overlooks the city’s streets. The round dining table, in the corner of the living room by the kitchen, seats 4. The kitchen is modern and efficient. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. All of the kitchen items have been selected with care. |
