pedestrian way between Princes Street and George Street. The
house
once served as quarters for servants who worked in the very grand
houses on Princes Street and George Street.

countertops, a a gas oven
and hob, refrigerator/freezer,
microwave,
dishwasher,a washer/dryer and a real coffee maker. The
pine
dining table seats 4 adults comfortably.

bedside tables and excellent lighting. The newly-remodeled tiled

flat is accessible to anyone who can manage two flights of rather steep
stairs up to the flat.

The Edinburgh Festival, all of August, books far in advance. Heating, electricity, gas and all taxes are included in the rental pricce. Refundable security/damage deposit of £100 payable on arrival. Festival, Christmas and New Year rentals are Sunday to Sunday only. Prices may increase during bank holidays, rugby internationals and other major events. |
