This spacious family flat is on the second floor of an Edwardian block of flats accross from Bishop's Park in a residential area of Fulham.

The sitting room has French doors leading to a wide balcony overlooking the park.  It  has very attractive and comfortable furniture and many nice touches.  There is a gas fire, TV, video and CD player.

The dining room, also overlooking the park, is furnished with nice antiques.  It seats 8 comfortably.
 

There are four bedrooms.  One has a queenbed; one has a double bed.  Two bedrooms each has a single bed.  All of the bedrooms are nicely furnished and all are bright and cheerful.  One bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.  Another has a shower.  There is also a utility room with a washer, dryer and toilet.

The large kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, amicrowave, electric cooker, a dishwasher and a table and chairs.

The flat has green and peaceful views across Bishop's Park toward the River Thames and to the Bishop of London's palace and its lovely gardens.  Wimbledon is on a direct line from the Putney Bridge tube.  Access to central London is easy by tube or bus - it takes about 1/2 hour into central London by local bus (many stops, but it's a nice ride on a red double-decker).  It's a 15-minute ride into central London by tube.

Fulham's many  fashionable restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the flat.

Heating and electricity are included in the rental price.  Phone calls are charged at cost by meter reading.  A security deposit of £500 is held by credit card until after the holiday.
