Enter a wide hallway that has a welcoming fireplace.  To the right is the living room that combines English and Irish styles.  It has glossy oak floors, Oriental rugs, stylish, comfortable seating, a fireplace.  There are built in benches set into bay windows.  Fine art and appointments provide graciousness to this spacious, yet cozy room.

To the left of the entrance hall is the fabulous eat-in kitchen.  It has a fireplace and a large table that can be used for food preparation or for casual dining.  The La Cornue stove and other appliances and equipment are the highest quality, as are the dishes, glassware and other items.

The dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush gardens.  Wood ceiling, tile floors, a fireplace and an impressive oak table, seating 8, add to the ambiance.
 

A wood and wrought-iron staircase leads to the two luxurious en suite bedrooms, each with a king bed.  The tone is quiet and relaxed.  Each bedroom's balcony overlooks lovely Kenmare Bay.

The marble bathrooms are hedonistic.  Bed and bathroom linens are the very best quality.
