This lovely flat is entered on the 3rd-floor of a very nice period building and then there is another flight of stairs within the apartment. It is spacious, light, recently redecorated in a very attractive style.

At the top of the interior stairs is a nice entry hall. The tiled bathroom, which has a long, deep tub and a shower over tub, is off that hall.

Pass the bathroom and go into the large and cheerful living/dining room. It has a sofa covered in raspberry fabric, a decorative fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, many nice prints and original art on the walls. A round oak dining table seats 4 comfortably. Two large windows face Kensington High Street and, beyond that, trees and rooftops. This is a most welcoming and artistically-decorated room.

The very good kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a washer/dryer, a microwave, an oven and a stove top. Counter tops are black granite and cupboards are bleached wood. A large window looks down on Earls Terrace. It's a gorgeous view.

Off the living room, French doors open to a large bedroom. It has a queen bed with a white fabric headboard, a gray chest of drawers, two built-in clothers cupboards, a decorative fireplace and more very nice art on the walls. A large window looks down onto Earls Terrace garden square and to wide communal gardens beyond that – it's green and inviting.

A small, nice study has a desk and chair, a computer, a built-in cupboard and book-filled shelves. This room also has a window that looks on the same beautiful views.

This area is what has been referred to as “proper, smart Kensington”. It is convenient to the many shops, restaurants and attractions in Kensington High Street. THIS IS A STRICT NO-SMOKING PROPERTY.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, DVD player. Fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 - 1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
