newly- remodeled, compact kitchen has a small refrigerator,
dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. The small bedroom has a

bed and a built-in cupboard. The large window looks back to
Margaretta
Terrace, a pretty, tree-lined street. The adjacent bathroom is

3-4 steps from the bedroom. It, to, was recently remodeled and
it's
very nice and bright as it has two large windows looking out to
Margaretta Terrace. It has a long, deep tub with shower over tub.
This is small, budget flat that will serve you very well. The
area is terrific. The Kings Road, with its many upscale shops,
grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and the Chelsea Library, is two
minutes from the property. THIS IS A STRICT NON-SMOKING FLAT.
The
price includes
gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV,
video, fresh linen weekly and a Greeter who
will be at the property on arrival and see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000
is held by credit card until after departure.
